Job description
Assists Physical Therapists with treatment of patients by providing non-skilled services according to the CPT guidelines in the outpatient Physical Therapy setting.
Qualifications: Knowledge of Physical Therapy principles, standards, and practices. Knowledge of how to use Physical Therapy equipment and devices. Knowledge of policies and regulations. Skill in appropriate compliance with PT's instructions. Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, staff and establish/maintain effective relationships.
High school diploma or GED. Physical Therapy Assistant training preferred.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service preferred; preferably in a health care setting. Computer experience required.
