Our client is seeking Residential Aides for opportunities located in Ulster & Dutchess Counties. HOURS & COMPENSATION FOR A RESIDENTIAL AIDE * 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts are available Mon thru Sun on a Full-Schedule or Part-Time Basis
* Client offers $17.50+/hour depending on contractor's qualifications, availability, and skill.
* You will be compensated on a weekly basis!
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY FOR PERSONAL SUPPORT AIDES * Provide Residential Aide or DSP service to clients in a Group Home Setting.
* Ensure all activities are designed to foster growth to each individual's highest level of accomplishment
* Ensure all care and services are delivered in a caring and professional manner
* Participate in the house behavior modification system
* Assist with the transportation of Consumers in Agency vehicles to appointments as needed
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * Must be at least 19 year of age or older
* Must have a HS Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation is a must
* Previous DSP or Residential Aide experience in Group Homes is prefered
