Job description
The Quick Lube Technician at Mazda of Roswell is responsible for providing efficient and accurate lube oil and filter service on Mazda vehicles. This is a fantastic entry-level role, ideal for anyone looking to jumpstart their career in the automotive industry and for folks with a passion for cars!
The Technician will review customer service needs and determine appropriate service using the correct product, parts, and accessories in an efficient and timely manner and report to the Service Team.

Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle for lube oil and filter needs, considering the age/model of Mazda vehicle.
- Perform service to standard following valid safety, repair and quality of lube oil and filter service guidelines.
- Utilize technical information and available training resources to increase skill level and stay current with rapid changing automotive technology.
- Utilize Service Advisor to obtain orders to repair vehicles and explain mechanical diagnosis/test results to Service Advisors and customers.
- Provide Mazda customers the highest quality services and create an atmosphere of trust and credibility.
- Maintain store and company tools and equipment in a neat and clean condition, and conducting inventory used for vehicle services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1+ years of experience as an automotive technician
- Automotive technical/mechanical school certification/training/experience preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- ASE Certifications a plus
- Ability to use basic computer technology
