**Position Title:** Corporate Operations Manager - Hospitality Portfolio

**Location:** Remote/Travel

**Job Overview:

As the Corporate Operations Manager for our hotel portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in leadership, with a primary focus on food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will revolve around driving revenue growth, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across all properties.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hotel operations and sales teams to maintain quality standards and drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with General Managers and operations teams to streamline processes and maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee menu development and ensure offerings align with industry trends.
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to uphold guest expectations.
- Manage costs effectively through inventory control and waste reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize operations efficiency.
- Foster collaboration across departments to execute promotions, events, and catering services effectively.

**Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in hotel operations management, preferably in a multi-property environment.
- Significant experience in food and beverage management, ideally in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
- Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.

**Compensation:** Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus plan.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 75,000.00 120,000.00 Per Year
