For nearly 30 years, Accessible Technologies, Inc. has designed, manufactured and marketed high performance automotive and industrial products.  Operations support two industry-leading divisions of products.    The ProCharger division is focused on consumer based forced induction products;  intercooled centrifugal supercharger systems for street, street/strip and racing applications on cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and boats.   The Inovair division is focused on industrial / commercial applications by utilizing integrally geared, high efficiency, low noise compressors and blowers.

We are seeking a hands-on Office Manager with the following experience and qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• assisting with scheduling of meetings and company events
• assisting with recruiting, onboarding and HR activities
• assisting the customer service – answering/distributing calls - - as needed
• maintaining inventory office supplies and ordering as needed
• making travel, meeting and event arrangements
• preparing reports
• conducting research
• coordinating projects
• assisting with projects
• scheduling and conducting training
• scheduling calls and video conferences
• working with all levels of management to provide support as needed
• will report directly to CEO and CFO

QUALIFICATIONS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Close proximity to our office in Lenexa, KS. in order to assist in a timely manner with building security, as needed
• strong computer skills
• good internet research skills
• strong verbal / interpersonal communication
• strong writing skills
• excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• sensitivity to confidential matters
• experience with responsibilities noted above
• flexibility
