North Hills Country Club is currently seeking Servers to join our team.

Servers are responsible for the set-up, execution, and breakdown of events as well as regular dining service. We are looking for passionate mature people that are team driven, , detail oriented, and learn quickly.. • Set-up buffet per standards and replenish as necessary.

• Serve plated meals to guests following proper procedures.

• Open wine, take drink orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. (servers only)

• Clear dirty dishes from tables.

• Communicate effectively with Events Manager, Management, and fellow coworkers.

• Must be a team player and demonstrate organizational skills.

• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and confidence.

• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

• Excellent verbal and telephone skills to be able to communicate clearly and effectively with our members.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 2 years of serving experience.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
