Job Description :

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, guiding them through the car buying process, and ensuring a seamless experience. We value work-life balance and offer a 40-hour workweek to our employees.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs.
2. Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge.
3. Present and negotiate sales offers to prospective customers.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential customers.
5. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth transaction process.
6. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience preferred, automotive sales a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Customer-oriented with a genuine desire to assist clients.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license.
