A-Level Master Technician-UP TO $60/HOUR!
Shop Environment:
Lou Fusz is looking for a level 3 Chrysler Certified technician to join our team. We currently have five level three Technicians are looking for number six. If you feel like you are constantly cleaning up behind other people’s messes, then it’s time to look for a shop that is investing in you and not relying on you to hold them together. We are willing to pay top dollar for highly qualified, highly trained technicians who want to work for a forward-thinking organization. We have an experienced advisor staff, strong dispatching process and overstaff our technician parts counter. All candidates will meet directly with the Service manager and General Manager as we value communication and relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
In November 2023 we ratified our strongest to date contract including the following:
- 133% Pension correction plan contribution (We are fully funding the pension program)
- Full benefit package with low deductibles
- Annual Scale Increases
- Annual Review for compensation in addition to scale
- Monday through Friday Schedule (No nights)
- Vacation matching (To current position seniority)
Facilities:
We are under construction to expand our existing shop and will include:
- Fully air-conditioned shop
- $2M+ parts inventory housed in world class facility
- All new racks (12,000LBS Minimum)
- State of the art oil Bar
- State of the art special tools room and organization
- Dispatch centralized within shop and will deliver special order parts to bay
- Technicians do NOT perform car washes for customers

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- ASE certifications are ideal
- Level Three certified
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have clean & valid driver's license
