Incentives:
Salary: 60,000 to 120,000 annually

Responsibilities: As a Structural Engineer with our company, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute structural design plans for various projects, including commercial, educational, and residential buildings.
- Conduct thorough analysis, calculations, and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of designs.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction teams.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and emerging trends in structural engineering.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and contributing to design optimization.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Nevada or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- 2+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on commercial, educational, and residential projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE) and AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
