Job description
Our client in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! The Recruiting Coordinatorwill directly support the Head of Human Resources for a global organization on many different HR projects and initiatives.
The Recruiting Coordinatorwill specifically focus on onboarding, recruiting coordination, answering employee questions and data entry into the HRIS systems. The ideal Recruiting Coordinator candidate is detail oriented, efficient and able to multi-task.
Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
Onboarding: work with I9s, offer letters, referral
Communicate and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain employee paper files and data enter employee changes into HRIS
All other duties or projects as assigned by the Head of HR
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
2+ years of experience working
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Experience working with an ATS system
