We're a well-known travel brand creating innovative products that are used by consumers across the world. We've been around for over 30 years and we haven't stopped growing... Which is why we're looking for a Studio Production Manager to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for managing and developing our Studio Production team - including an in-house Photography Assistant, a Videographer, freelance Creators, Set Stylists, Models, Agents, Hairstylists, & Makeup Artists. You will be responsible for organizing and allocating the best creative resources for each project and leading them to deliver high-volume photos and videos that are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.

- Effectively schedule internal and external resources to ensure that projects are completed on time/budget
- Produce, shoot in studio and manage an efficient, high volume photography studio for web and all other media touchpoints. The photography studio will operate on a full-time basis but must be able to cope with seasonal increases and decreases in product volume in an effective manner
- Organize photography and video shoots for a range of products and touchpoints, including hiring and managing talents to bring those to life
- Manage all project related documentation including samples, briefing, request sheets and sign off
- Collaborate closely with Graphic Department, Sales/DTC, and Social Media team
- Manage, motivate and groom a team to grow and develop new photography and videography skills
- Ability to set up and enforce brand guidelines and image quality
- Carefully monitor workflow to ensure good communication and high efficiency
- Implement a disciplined, cost-effective photography process and oversee system of house keeping, filing and archiving of projects

What You Need for this Position

- 4+ years of experience managing a photo/video studio (including leading a team)
- MUST HAVE experience with product photography & videography for eCommerce and Social Media
- Hands-on experience shooting photography or videography
- Strong experience handing professional studio cameras and lighting equiptment
