PREMIER THERAPY an award-winning therapy services provider with over 21 years' experience in senior living communities is looking for exceptional Physical Therapist Assistants to work PRN at our partner's skilled nursing facility in, Sandusky,Ohio.

Compensation negotiable (depending on skills, abilities and experience. Must have an Ohio license in Physical Therapy Assisting.

Must have an Ohio professional license.

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

Therapy team and interdisciplinary team collaboration.

• Family education.
• Facility in-services and education.
• Attend care planning conferences.
• Perform home assessments to prepare for safe discharge.
