Clever is looking for an experienced B2B growth marketer to fuel demand generation across our suite of products. In this role you'll have the opportunity to develop prospecting strategy and build out the outbound acquisition machine for the company. You'll help to expand the reach of our network of school districts and application partners, which impacts the learning experience of millions of students.

The ideal candidate for this role is a full-stack marketer who possesses strong technical and analytical skills, and thinks creatively when developing customer acquisition strategies. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- This role will be focused on outward expansion of Clever's school district and application partner network here in the U.S. as well as globally
- Partner closely with product marketing, sales and sales operations teams on segmentation strategy and sales pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate with our content marketing and event marketing team to increase our reach and impact
- KPIs for this role include net new MQLs for new schools, cybersecurity customers, and edtech partnerships
- Fuel the growth engine
- Drive top-of-funnel demand generation strategy and campaign execution for district and application partnership sales
- Define requirements for inbound marketing stack; set goals for web traffic and conversion
- Drive registration, engagement, and follow-through for Clever's key events
Build out the outbound marketing function - Develop an outbound strategy to identify and engage decision makers through outbound marketing campaigns
- Provide guidance on building out our martech stack and operational processes to enable prospecting globally
- Determine target accounts for high-value enterprise sales, and define the campaign strategy for pre-sales engagement
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience: 5+ years experience in a hands-on demand generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
- Results oriented: Demonstrated success through both inbound and outbound marketing tactics. You have solid fundamentals in SEO, marketing automation and conversion optimization. Account-based marketing is a plus.
- Builder mindset: you have a track record of launching marketing programs and standing up scalable systems from the ground up.
- Natural data storyteller : you have strong quantitative analysis skills, and pull together reporting and dashboards from multiple sources to make data-driven decisions. SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communicator: you're effective at writing and editing copy that converts and drives action.
- Passionate about secure digital learning: you have familiarity with education and government software buying cycles and buyer psychology.
- Collaborative cross-functional partner: experience setting goals on large complex projects and coordinating across diverse teams.

SALARY TRANSPARENCY:
The range of our base salary cash compensation for this role for candidates living in the United States, besides NYC and San Francisco, CA, is between $107,100-$126,000. For candidates living in NYC and San Francisco, CA is between $117,800-$138,600 . All final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise.
