Description for Strategic Data Analyst
We are actively seeking an adept and motivated Strategic Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in steering datadriven decisionmaking processes thereby contributing significantly to our companys expansion. Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams you will adeptly gather analyze and interpret data providing invaluable insights to shape strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to delineate business objectives and ascertain data requirements.
2. Meticulously collect and scrutinize data to unearth trends patterns and actionable insights.
3. Develop and meticulously maintain reports dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for comprehensive business performance monitoring.
4. Conduct exhaustive business process analyses proposing enhancements for optimal efficiency.
5. Identify strategic opportunities for operational streamlining and enhanced efficiency.
6. Craft and deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations.
7. Remain abreast of industry trends and embrace best practices in the realm of business analysis.
Qualifications:
1. Open to entrylevel candidates; freshers are encouraged to apply.
2. Possession of a Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
3. Demonstrated track record as a Business Analyst or in an analogous role.
4. Proficiency in robust analytical skills and mastery of data analysis tools and techniques.
5. Superlative communication and presentation skills.
6. Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
7. Exemplary attention to detail coupled with a resultsoriented mindset.
8. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases is a notable advantage.
