Being here on time.
Being here all scheduled days, Removing staples, clips and other barriers to allow paper to be scanned. making copies, inserting bar code sheets, flattening documents, opening envelopes, possibly scanning and quality checking images for accuracy. Filling out billing sheet/productivity sheet.
Operating copy equip: Setup, adjustments, quality, etc.
There is lifting, bending and twisting.
Hours are 230-10P and must be dressed business casual no crocs, athletic apparel or graphic TShirts or shorts.
Must be able to work the schedule of 630a to 230p Mon-Fri. No flexibility to this.
Manager Job Description:-Be able to move their work product (box) to their assigned area.-Be able to understand and follow written and verbal instruction that will change per project
-Be able to remove staple, clip, rubber bands and any other boundaries from client documents without damaging.-Be able to retain provided information that could be used daily
-Be able to use a computer and copy machine
-Be able positive disposition
-Be able to receive feedback, employee will have to move their work box to their assigned area.
As well as to be able to stand and walk throughout the 7.5 workday.
Satisfies customers according to company standards of quality and output by prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling and binding documents. Is required to be cross trained and demonstrates the skill set for scan to file to include traditional copy, oversize, color, mail outs and on-site functions.
Achieves customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.
Meets deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while maintaining quality/error free work.
Achieves Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility.
Minimum Qualifications
Meets company production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate in accordance with standards established.
Maintains optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.) and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report in the event of equipment failure.
Completes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner by reading and writing in English.
Troubleshoots problems by communicating effectively and promptly to manager.
Prevents assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station.
