Job Title: Property Accountant
Job Location: HYBRID Office opportunities in Greenbelt, MD and Falls Church, VA
Job Salary: Jr. Accountant $65-75K Mid level - $80-90K Sr. Accountant $95-105K
$2500 sign-on bonus

As a Property Accountant, you will be charged with managing the entire accounting process for real estate. This includes reconciliation of accounts, cash flow management, and oversight of the general ledger and real estate tax.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- Property management or real estate industry experience
- Real Estate Tax
- Cash flow management
- General Ledger
- Reconciliations
- Well-versed in accounting systems, excel etc.
HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT work in the office 3 days a week, and enjoy working remote twice a week.
