What We Do:

We empower students through online coaching, focusing on enhancing skills in crucial areas such as planning, organization, self-advocacy, initiation, time management, and more.

Responsibilities:

You'll engage in one-on-one remote coaching sessions with students to strengthen their skills. Your duties include evaluating initial skills, matching students with appropriate coaches, conducting regular sessions, and facilitating Family Team Meetings to track progress and set new goals.

Accountability:

You'll be responsible for the successful development of students' skills, monitoring progress, and ensuring the effectiveness of interventions. Clear communication with students, their families, and team members is essential.

A Day in Your Life:

Your typical day will involve remote coaching sessions with students, reviewing progress, updating coaching strategies, and documenting outcomes. Additionally, you'll collaborate with team members, handle administrative tasks, and engage in professional development. Sessions are mainly scheduled in the afternoon and evening (3pm - 9pm PST), with a four-hour window on either Saturday or Sunday (9am - 6pm PST). Consistent attendance at our Tuesday morning Team Meetings (9am - 10am PST) is expected.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent, along with relevant credentials authorizing the delivery of special education instruction or related fields. Preferred experience includes a minimum of three years in teaching and/or coaching.
