Job description
A leading acute care hospital located in central Florida is now seeking an experienced ICU Nurse Manager to join their award-winning healthcare team.
This full-service medical and surgical facility is home to nearly 300 inpatient beds and has offered world class patient centered care for roughly 40 years and counting. This hospital proudly offers a variety of inpatient and outpatient services including diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular and stroke care, surgical services, emergency care, women’s health, rehabilitation care, and much more.
Reporting to the Nurse Director, the ICU Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical and administrative operations for the 14-bed critical care unit, the rapid response team, and dialysis care. The Nurse Manager will lead a team of 45+ FTEs, organize staff schedules, ensures adequate unit coverage, develops unit policies and procedures, organizes department inventory, ensures regulatory readiness, and assists with managing department financials.
