Responsibilities:

Salary: $70,922 to commensurate (Pay Grade: 5A)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Work Location : On-Site

Required Qualifications:

· Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

·1 year experience coordinating specific functions within a Registrar's office in Higher Education including experience with:

o Knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and university policies regarding student registration and records.

o Student information systems.

o FERPA regulations and ability to operationally apply and uphold;

o Comprehensive electronic record keeping systems and degree requirement policies as reflected by the American Associate of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers' national policies and procedures; and

o Data management and analysis, including auditing and translational skills.

· Demonstrated excellent writing and verbal communication and ability to collaborate/communicate clearly and concisely with a diverse student, faculty and staff population.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Desirable:

· Demonstrated high level project management skills.

· Demonstrated organizational expertise, problem solving, prioritizing, and negotiating skills.

· Experience with the following UI systems - MyUI, MAUI, etc. or equivalent.

· Demonstrated proficiency in survey development, administration, and analysis.

· Administrative supervisory experience, including performance management.
