ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Enrolls new Player’s Club members and provides customer service to new and existing members.
- Promotions Shift supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of 24 Karat Player’s Card Representatives during an assigned shift.
- Creates and implements training programs for all new employees.
- Ensures that all guests service inquiries and complaints are properly addressed.
- Has property level authority and responsibility for efficient, effective group service operation.
- Assists Promotions Manager in promotion activities.
- Contributes to the development processes and procedures.
- Responsible for the direct supervision, transmission of updated bonus information, training, payroll, and scheduling of Representatives.
- Assigns job duties and completes paperwork related to position according to established policies and procedures.
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation of programs and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Preferred. One (1) to two (2) years of supervisory and customer service experience. PC experience a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed. Prior experience working with the public preferred. Must possess a valid CER License or be eligible to obtain the credential from the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
