Job description
Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Civil Site Design Engineer to their Akron, Ohio team!
Responsibilities:
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Coordinate projects with multi-discipline engineering/architectural design teams
- Visit potential sites and prepare site due diligence studies
- Lead the entitlement and permit process
- Create site plans following client/local code requirements
- Work on various projects in different stages simultaneously
- Project tracking/reporting
- Develop site sketches/site plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of civil design experience
- PE License preferred
- Experience with multi-site development design and development programs
- Experience reading and understanding site construction drawings
- May require some travel for site visits, planning and zoning meetings, and meeting with local jurisdictions
Salary is commensurate with experience.
