Job description

Role Title: Product Operations Manager

Duration: 6 months

Work Location: Hybrid

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday normal business hours

Project Overview:

Within our clients Ads Business, you will be joining a team to help scale Travel Ads, Customer Match and Lead Gen products as the team expands to launching new ads products and features. You will be partnering with Sales, Support, Product and Engineering and helping to launch critical products and services across the Ads business. Our focus is on bringing powerful insights to these teams to improve product, help customers grow the business and improve the overall customer experience.

Overall Responsibilities:

As a product operations manager, you will work closely with external partners, advertisers, and our product & engineering teams to directly support the growth of Ads and Hotel Center. You will onboard advertisers, develop scaled workflows, and deliver timely feedback to all to help improve our products and implementations.

Top Daily Responsibilities:

Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats. This includes:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Total years of experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility: 3 years in online advertising or product management specializing in a role supporting teams, customers / partners or program management.

Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role: 3 years in an external/internal customer facing support role Exceptional problem solving, project management, analytical skills

Experience working with internet products and technologies

Ability to work with minimal guidance in an unstructured environment with multiple teams and stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and influencing stakeholders

Specific Tools or Applications experience: Knowledge of Ads knowledge (presentations, sheets, docs)

Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications: Technical skills (e.g. as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Cookies, XML) and with system design and architecture.

Skill/Experience/Education

The hourly pay range for this position is $45 to $50/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
