Job description
NBA NH is actively seeking Full-Time CRNAs proficient in regional for team-oriented private practice.
$285,000 base plus OT opportunities as well as $250 weekday beeper call; $500 weekend/holiday beeper call pay available.
Narragansett Bay Anesthesia (NBA) is a team-oriented, high-caliber private practice with the exclusive Anesthesia contract with St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH. St. Joseph Hospital is part of the Covenant Health System and is a 208 bed regional medical center serving Southern NH and Northern MA.
Performed procedures include: General B&B, Orthopedic surgery, Healthy Pediatrics, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, Neurosurgery, and GYN. Additional procedures include Vascular, TEEs, and Pacemakers. Protocols are currently being created by the Anesthesia team based on best practices and evidence-based medicine to deliver opioid free/minimal anesthetics.
NBA empowers its providers to develop new ideas in hospital settings to improve patient care and anesthetic delivery.
NBA offer a competitive benefits package:
Medical: NBA pays 100% individual coverage for FT CRNAs. NBA also contributes $1500 for employee-only enrollment, or $3000 for employee (+1 or more) into Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Dental: NBA contributes 100% towards individual coverage and 75% towards family coverage.
Life/AD&D/LTD/Malpractice also provided by group

Forty-four (44) days of PTO (includes vacation/sick/CME/holiday)
