Job Description:
- Manage a global collection team that supports multiple business units.
- Planning and managing Free Cash Flow actual & forecast, maintaining cash requirements in subsidiaries to fulfill subsidiaries operational cash activity.
- Maintain and develop relationships with global and local banks.
- Understand payment delays and trends.
- Maintain and track collections dashboards.
- Partner with business and IT teams to upgrade processes and improve AR status.
- AR trends analysis for month-end.
- Improve collection process and DSO.
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
- Develop a team culture that emphasizes customer service, accountability, quality, continuous improvement and high performance.
- Support bad debts accrual for financial statements.
- Maintain credit & collections policies, SOX and internal controls.
- Managing the unbilled balance and its billing schedule.
Requirements:
- B.A in Accounting/Economics/Finance or related field – Advantage.
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable or Collection management experience.
- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables, etc.) and experience working with large amounts of data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong Leadership & Team building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company.
- Ability to identify needs, proactive attitude, self-driven.
