Job description

Position Summary

Successful candidate will work directly with ADREC's manager on research projects. This includes lab tasks, trouble-shooting, and analyzing data.

Must have a valid driver's license as candidate will be required to drive university vehicles.

Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four year college degree program in a related science field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in basic laboratory techniques; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; the job may require specialty certifications, approvals, or training; may require successful completion/continued maintenance of accessibility standards.

Work Hours

Position will be M-F with the exception of possible project needs that may require a change of schedule for the duration of the project that include working outside normal business hours, including weekends.

Description of End Date

This is an off-dated position funded for one year from date of hire with possible extension contingent upon funding renewal.
