Los Angeles 24 hour emergency speciality hospital looking at adding a Neurologist to their amazing team.

This state of the art 24 hour emergency speciality veterinary hospital is located in the heart of L.A. On one side you have the beautiful Californian beaches and on the other you have the San Fernando Valley/Santa Monica Mountains. The lively city of L.A is sure to keep you more than busy when you aren't busy working at this amazing hospital.

This hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities featuring all of the latest diagnostic equipment on-site; including full interventional radiology with brand new C-arm and Stortz ureteroscope, 64-slice CT, 1.5 Tesla MRI, digital ultrasound, a wide array of endoscopes including video-flexible and rigid, telemetry, digital radiography and a complete in-house laboratory.

You will not only be joining this amazing hospital you will also be joining a team of specialists in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Critical Care, Oncology, Neurology, Cardiology, and Ophthalmology, and 7 day-a-week Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, and Critical Care. This hospital takes patient care seriously and only hires the very best. This includes the support staff who work to ensure that you are able to focus on doing your job to the best of your abilities.

Key Duties

• Give fully comprehensive neurological examinations to all patients
• Complete spinal fluid taps and analysis
• Brain and spinal cord imaging, including CT and bone scans, MRI, ultrasound, myelography, and radiography
• Intensive care
• Neurosurgery of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system
• Electrophysiologic examination of nerves and muscles
