Job description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a FileNet Administrator or similar role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) for automation.
• Familiarity with database management systems, especially DB2 and Oracle.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Admin Activities

L2 and L3 Support

Configure and manage middleware systems.

Install and configure the middleware components.

Develop documentation and train others.

Develop plans associated with upgrades or patches.

Troubleshoot technical incidents, analyze problems.

Apply quarterly security patches for all middleware (Apache/Java/SSL)

Support remediation of Security Scan issues (DAST- Webscan)

Provide necessary production DBA support as applicable on implementing secure CICD pipelines for all application to adhere to the security standards.

Work on enabling SRE tools and practices.
