Job description

Software Applications Engineer

Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. May work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
May maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Create and maintain data models, schemas, and structures for efficient storage and retrieval of data.
Identify and resolve issues related to data processing, ingestion, and storage.
Create and maintain documentation for data engineering processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Develop and redesign the application with efficient workflows and attractive user interface.
Migrate the web application by leveraging cloud services.
Create and maintain documentation related to system design, deployment, and maintenance.
Design and develop web, mobile applications.

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Computer Science, Business, Electrical, Electronics or equivalent.
