Job description
A biotechnology company in Massachusetts is looking to add a new QMS Program Manager to their growing team. In this role, the QMS Program Manager will be spearheading the execution of critical digital projects in support of the company's client's ambitious digital roadmap.
Responsibilities:
The QMS Program Manager will:
- Define and Lead Digital application projects, driving schedule, finances and stakeholder and risk management and mitigation
- Support projects from requirements definition through deployment
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed
- Ensure project goals and means meet business objectives and deliver value in a timely fashion
- Work collaboratively across the organization to gain alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, setting project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects
- Complete weekly reporting and scorecard generation for the Global Quality Leadership Team meeting
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications: - 3+ years of Project / Program Management experience
- Experience leading Veeva QMS implementation or upgrade
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
