Job description
Position Summary:
This position will have two components: a clinical facet and research effort.
Clinical: Generalist OB/ GYN who diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the female pelvis. Also, treats women during prenatal, in labor, and postnatal periods. Performs all aspects of generalist OB/ GYN practice including cesarean delivery, hysterectomy, and all standard outpatient procedures. Plans and participates in medical care to both inpatients and outpatients seen in University Hospital and our Ambulatory Practice.
Actively leads and participates in the education of medical students, housestaff and other ancillary personnel. Participates in postgraduate education on a state and national level. Leadership opportunities available commensurate with experience.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Qualified applicants should have New Jersey Medical License and Board Eligible.
