Digital Modernization Division:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to a transformative project supporting USDA's animal identification initiative. This role involves modernizing applications using React UX/UI, following an Agile framework to deliver robust software aligned with the program's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software based on client and business requirements.
Modernize and enhance existing .NET applications or develop new enterprise microservice applications.
Analyze and design databases individually or as part of a team.
Implement coding standards within the developed code.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for problems that may arise in various environments, including Production.
Communicate with users to determine problems or design requirements.
Collaborate with multiple teams, including Network/security/Dev teams, in an Agile environment.

Growth Opportunities:
Based on your experiences and interests, you may support growth-related activities such as RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain relevant certifications for their practice expertise.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of software development experience.
1+ year of experience with JavaScript, .NET, and MVC architecture.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 12.x, HTML5, and CSS.
1+ years of hands-on experience deploying applications on IIS or similar application servers.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (for 3 or more years) as required by federal government contract regulations.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
MUST RESIDE IN the United States (U.S.) and perform the work in the United States (U.S.) due to federal contract requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS or MS in Computer Science highly preferred.
Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Azure Dev Sec Ops, Kubernetes, Microservices, and React.
Skills in Microsoft .Net 6, SQL, React, Blazor, Xamarin.
Understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) including RESTful Service frameworks (Web API).
Design, development, delivery, and support/maintenance for Angular-based UI applications.
Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Strong background in the Linux/Unix environment.
Understanding of automated deployments and different deployment strategies.
Demonstrated ability to implement various open-source technologies and cloud services.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging mindset, providing immediate workarounds and long-term fixes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks.
