Job description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by cultivating relationships and following up on closed sales deals. Your primary focus will be client retention, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Responsibilities
- Providing support to our sales staff with quotations and schedules to focus on being out generating business.
- Agent liaison, building relationships with overseas network partners
- Shipping and Airline liaison as above
- First point of contact on key accounts for sales. This person will look after onboards account & clients’ needs alongside sales.
- Set up of SOPs for all new business.
- Following up quotes and enquiries.
- Working with sales on filling his pipeline of business.
- Supporting customer service/op’s team with drayage, LTL, S Lines / Airlines requests / new relationships.
- Weekly and Biweekly calls with key clients to ensure relationships are nurtured.
- Working closely with pricing on quoting process and identifying new business / agent relationships.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Resolving Issues with clients in relation to problems with invoicing.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of personnel changes.
- Working closely with sales and pricing initially but as new business comes in more closely with Ops team also.
