-Electrical and plumbing maintenance/repair.*
-Painting and minor carpentry repairs.
-Perform service requests.
-Preparation of market ready units.
* Must be able to work an "on call" rotation duties as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Conditions of employment include a drug screening and background check. Rate of pay is dependent upon experience.
