Job Description

Forbes Marketplace is a new initiative for consumers under the Forbes Advisor umbrella that provides journalist- and expert-written insights, news and reviews on all things such as personal finance, health, business, and everyday life decisions. 

We’re dedicated to helping turn aspirations into reality. We do this by providing consumers with the knowledge and research they need to make informed decisions they can feel confident in, so they can get back to doing the things they care about most. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to assist with our growing Finance team!

Responsibilities:

• Ownership over the company’s payment process
• Responsibility over documentation and bookkeeping surrounding AP
• Participate in an active role during the Company’s month end close process
• Credit cards and vendors’ reconciliations
• Support other areas of the Company’s bookkeeping needs, as needed
• Support the Finance team with annual financial and tax reports when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Accounts payable/bookkeeping roles
• Utilized NetSuite and Concur 
• Embrace a fast paced, dynamic, changing work environment Attention to details
• Strong communications skills
• Great interpersonal abilities
