OK CARZ is looking for a Floating Manager to join our team!

OKCARZ is a privately owned financing dealership with 9 locations in Florida and growing. With almost 200 employees between our stores and reconditioning centers, OKcarz is Florida's preferred Buy Here Pay here!

Job Duties while covering the stores.

• Help sales staff generate new customers through all different sources such as Internet Leads, Dealer Referrals, Social Media, and others
• Building relationships and offering professional service to all internal and external customers
• Guide customers through entire sales process from assisting with financing and their options, to selecting their new vehicle
• Learn and execute all admin responsibilities including deal documentation, cash handling plus any other company expectations

Help manage our store's sales, underwriting, inventory and employees. Salary of a $60k plus bonuses. As a Floating Manager, your responsibilities include temporarily covering a position, or covering at one of our OKCarz locations for an absent manager, or while we staff the store.
