COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

Our premier attraction, The Laser Maze Challenge®, invites players to “step into the game” and star in their own immersive, action-packed laser adventure. Since introducing the Laser Maze Challenge® to the industry in 2007, we have installed mazes in over 450 locations and 35 countries.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE:

As Project Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee new customer installation projects from sale through install completion. Your job is to ensure a smooth process for our installation team and a successful final product for the end customer.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Coordinate directly with customer to ensure they are prepared for installation

a. Work with Funovation’s designer to prepare construction plans specific to the customer’s space

b. Coordinate overall project plan and timeline with customer

c. Oversee product shipment from Funovation to customer site

2. Coordinate in-house preparation including maze design, tool kit preparation, and shipment readiness and processing

3. Coordinate install team

a. Confirm team availability

b. Book all travel

c. Create installation booklet with all key information and communicate details and logistics of project in advance of team’s departure to the site

4. Manage post-installation wrap up

a. Confirm customer satisfaction and conduct any follow-up as necessary

b. Transition customer to support team

c. Final administrative tasks to close out project

5. Work closely and coordinate with other departments within Funovation including sales, operations, support, and accounting

6. Assist with other projects as time allows, namely trade show coordination and administrative assistance to support and operations team

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Skills and Abilities

a. Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities

· You must be able to coordinate multiple projects at once, each with its own unique needs and complexities. Staying organized and jumping from task to task at the drop of a hat will be key.

b. Excellent communication skills

· You will be working with a wide range of individuals and personalities and must be able to understand their communication style and needs and adjust accordingly.

· Familiarity and comfort with all communication methods is a must – email, phone, virtual meetings, etc.

c. Technical Proficiency

· Our product is technologically-based. It will be important that you are able to develop a strong understanding of how it works.

· You will also need a knowledge of computers and common software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word

d. Experience with SalesForce

· SalesForce is the contact manager we use. A familiarity with its workings is preferred.

e. Attitude

· A can-do attitude is a must. You should relish a challenge and be inspired to own a new project and do whatever it takes to deliver the determined results/deliverables.

f. Teamwork

· You will interact with all areas of the company and the ability to play well in the sandbox will be very important.

g. Time Flexibility

· You will need to be on-call during an install should the install team need remote assistance. This may include occasional work outside of normal business hours, including weekends.

2. Experience:

a. 2+ years of Project Coordination experience

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

$40,000 - $55,000. To be determined based on experience and skillset.
