Description
Optima Dealer Services provides Staffing and Consulting Services to the most luxurious auto Dealerships.
The main role of a Desk Associate is to provide an amazing experience and service to all Fletcher Jones Guests at the Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services in Newport Beach, California.
Job duties: - Greet Guests upon arrival at Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services in a courteous, friendly, and helpful matter.
- Perform an inspection walk around the vehicle.
- Complete any additional information needed for their service departure and arrival.
- Parking Guest vehicles in the designated spaces.
- Insert the Guest's information on the vehicle dashboard
- Enter the vehicle's information on the system and any additional or complimentary service needed for the Guest.
- Perform quality control prior to delivering a vehicle to a Guest.
- Deliver keys to the shuttle drivers or Guests upon return.
- Answer all phone calls by following the Optima Dealer Services Phone etiquette.
- Direct drivers to move any vehicle to needs to be moved or relocated from parking spots.
- Maintain a Clean and welcoming environment for all Guests.
- Strive to please and provide the most pleasant experience to all Guests at the Fletcher Jones Airport and Shuttle Services.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has some previous experience in a similar position in Customer Service and a working knowledge of automotive sales/service.
- Have a pleasant and courteous personality
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being able to work on the Weekends and late shifts is a must
- Valid Driver's License and be approved by our Insurance, if driving is necessary.
