We are searching for a dynamic Auto Parts Sales Advisor who embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur. This role is tailored for someone who is not only passionate about the automotive industry but also thrives in a start-up environment and is eager to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our brand-new franchise.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the Genesis parts and accessories sales, catering to diverse client needs.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring availability and efficiency.
- Uphold Genesis's esteemed standards of client and employee satisfaction.
- Stay updated with Genesis factory training, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Support a growing shop of technicians.
Who We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of luxury automotive parts.
- 2-3 years of experience in auto parts; luxury brand experience is a bonus.
- A collaborative spirit, capable of excelling in a dynamic department.
- Experience with CDK or PBS is beneficial but optional.
