Job Description:
· Estimating - Xactimate data entry
· Call and email customers/providers to gather information
· Documentation of calls and communications
Job Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills
· Proficient with computers and learning new programs
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Emphasis on Excel
· Word
· Estimating/CAD experience preferred, but none required
· Able to accurately type 40 wpm
· Able to follow systems/processes to perform job duties
· Task/goal driven to help reach Team and Company goals
· Clear and effective communication skills - written/verbal
· Ability to multi-task and problem solve quickly
