James Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced in vehicle repairs, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. We are looking for someone to provide superior customer service and use their knowledge of automotive parts, servicing and repair expertise.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Communicate and follow up with customers via SMS when work is being done
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
