Job description
Our client, a market leader in Parking Technology solutions, is looking for a field service technician to install, fix, and respond to customer service calls for their new and existing parking systems on ASU’s campus and the surrounding Tempe Region. Their systems include high & low voltage cabling, automated gates/arms, POS systems and security systems. You will be given a company vehicle and tools to travel across campus to service the automated parking systems. Having great customer service skills is imperative to this role as you will have work orders signed-off on by their clients. You will be working on their legacy systems and their new automated parking system. Someone who is self-motivated, hard-working, and self-sufficient will exceed in this role.
Skills and Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in cabling/ telecommunication troubleshooting or installs
1-3 years’ experience in software and Hardware Installation and configuration
1-3 years’ experience supporting systems in a networked environment
Valid Driver’s License null
