Job description

Growing insurance defense firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a motivated attorney who will help shape and grow our firm with an eye toward partnership. Salary commensurate with experience. Sandhu Law Group offers attorneys the option to work remotely, in our Redding office, or to set a hybrid schedule. We welcome applicants from across Northern and Central California.

Qualified applicants must possess excellent analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and grow. Experience with construction defects, habitability, auto PI, and two years of insurance defense experience is a plus. Applicants must be active members in good standing with the California State Bar. The ideal candidate has experience: Representing a variety of matters, conducting depositions, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other documents Identifying and working with experts, reporting to clients and maintaining client relationships, assisting with cases from inception to trial
