As a QA Engineer with expertise in the Playwright automation framework, you will be at the forefront of transforming our testing processes. Your role will not only involve meticulous manual testing but also pioneering advanced automation strategies that revolutionize how we conduct testing, making it more efficient, repeatable, and time-saving. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, documenting, and reporting any bugs or inconsistencies they encounter.

What You Will Do:
- Examine and understand system specifications thoroughly.
- Collaborate closely with Software Test Engineers to develop cutting-edge strategies and test plans focusing on automation.
- Design and implement automated test cases using Playwright, pushing the boundaries of traditional testing.
- Assess product code against specified criteria.
- Champion the creation of logs that not only track but also analyze testing phases for continual improvement.
- Be the voice of quality, communicating bugs and errors to development teams with a focus on automated solutions.
- Lead in troubleshooting, leveraging automation tools and techniques.
- Conduct post-release/implementation testing with a strong emphasis on automation.
- Work across teams to embed quality and efficiency in all aspects of the software development lifecycle through automation.
In the First Six Months, You'll:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our systems, reimagining testing requirements with a focus on automation.
- Establish a robust testing strategy that enhances product quality.
- Identify and document a substantial number of bugs and errors, not just contributing to but revolutionizing our software refinement process with automated solutions.

Must Haves:
- Established track record in a QA Tester role, complemented by substantial expertise in automation, specifically with proficiency in the Playwright framework
- In-depth experience with the Playwright automation framework, or similar tools, and a passion for exploring new automation technologies.
- Competency in documenting and resolving errors.
- Expertise in automated regression testing.
- Familiarity with test management software (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to advocate for automated testing solutions.
- A meticulous eye for detail combined with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in an automated testing environment.
- Strong organizational capabilities with a penchant for innovation in automation.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI-Based Testing Tools: Knowledge of AI and machine learning tools for enhancing test automation, predictive analysis, and defect analytics.
- Experience with AI-Driven Test Data Generation: Ability to leverage AI for test data creation, ensuring more comprehensive and effective test coverage.
- Innovative Mindset with AI Applications: Demonstrated interest in applying AI and machine learning techniques to streamline and improve testing processes.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
