Full Stack Developer-hourly Location Hoboken, NJ : This position is responsible for creating new courses aligned to University requirements. We are seeking a skilled Node.js Angular Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Node.js on the backend and Angular on the frontend. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement user interfaces and interactions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL) to manage and manipulate data.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.
- Strong experience in frontend technologies including Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
- Knowledge of Agile software development practices.
