Position: BI Developer 
Duration: Remote
Location: 6 Months

Job Summary: The Senior Azure Logic App Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust integrations within Azure Data Platforms. This role involves leveraging Azure Integration Services to establish fully automated and integrated data models, ensuring seamless data flow across various Azure services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Logic App, Azure Data Factory, and other Azure services, along with a strong background in data engineering and SQL development. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in implementing DevOps practices for streamlined deployment and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop integrations using Azure Integration Services, including Logic App (standard and Consumption), Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure Functions, API Gateway, and Azure Storage Account.
2. Ensure the establishment of robust and appropriate integrations to achieve a fully automated and integrated data model.
3. Work with different data storage options, including Azure BLOB storage, ADLS Gen 2, and Delta Lake, to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
4. Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures in Azure SQL Data Warehouse (Synapse) and Azure SQL Database to support data engineering and development tasks.
5. Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory to facilitate the movement and transformation of data across various Azure services.
6. Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
7. Implement DevOps practices, including the use of Azure DevOps, Git, and Octopus Deploy, to ensure streamlined deployment and CI/CD processes.
8. Collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver projects on time and meet delivery commitments.
9. Work closely with business teams and technical analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
10. Maintain flexibility to work across different delivery landscapes, including Agile Applications Development, Support, and Deployment.

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in Azure Integration Services, including Logic App (standard and Consumption), Service Bus, Event Hub, Azure Functions, API Gateway, and Azure Storage Account.
2. Strong experience with Azure Data Factory for building data pipelines and orchestrating pipeline execution.
3. Familiarity with Biztalk is a plus.
4. Excellent SQL development skills, including writing complex queries and stored procedures in Azure SQL Data Warehouse (Synapse) and Azure SQL Database.
5. Experience implementing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, Git, and Octopus Deploy.
6. Ability to work effectively in an on-shore/off-shore model, collaborating with distributed teams to deliver projects successfully.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to achieve project goals.
