We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our expanding sales team at Homes 4 Dinero. This exciting opportunity invites you to craft innovative strategies, ensuring the achievement of sales goals while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our potential customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in embodying our company's values and delivering comprehensive solutions to our partners.

Responsibilities:

- Transforming potential leads into successful sales contracts.
- Offering tailored and effective solutions to enhance top-line revenue growth, property acquisition, and profitability.
- Cultivating and nurturing positive business and partner relationships.
- Generating and managing potential leads for the business.
- Meeting and surpassing all sales goals.
- Collaborating with team leaders to coordinate sales efforts.
- Promoting and embodying company values and benefits.
- Maintaining accurate records of potential leads and existing partners in Podio CRM.
- Serving as the primary contact to address questions from potential deals and partners about our services and benefits.
- Providing management with reports on partners' needs, problems, interests, and relevant details about each deal.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the Real Estate market.
- Minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Familiarity with sales systems and processes.
- Commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with customers, vendors, business leaders, and teammates.
- Competency in applications including Slack, Podio, Zoom, Excel, and Customer Retention Management (CRM) platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Attitude of humility, a willingness to give more than received, and a heart of gratitude.
- Hybrid work environment (mix of remote and in-person).

Working Schedule:

- Monday-Friday (9 am - 5 pm)
- Saturday (10 am - 2 pm)
