Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients looking to book cruise vacations.
- Understand client preferences, budget constraints, and special requirements to tailor cruise options accordingly.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest cruise offerings, itineraries, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
- Create detailed cruise itineraries, including excursions, dining options, and onboard activities, to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, port excursions and any additional travel arrangements related to their cruise.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Stay organized by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and client communication..
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen to client preferences and provide suitable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help clients create lifelong memories.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must reside in the U.S.
