This role will have you arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings as well as the ticketing, changes, exchanges, and queue management for multiple enterprise level clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a range of corporate travel activities, including answering queries, assisting technically with urgent and complex requests, analysing & solving issues, while ensuring that professional & service-oriented mindset is maintained to the standards set forth by the organisation
• Communicating effectively with Customers/Clients on multi channels like phone, chat, email etc.
• Proficiency in international fare construction and airline routing principles including tax rates.
• Process ticket requests in multiple GDS systems including voids, exchanges, and refunds.
• Experience with Quality control, ticketing, scripting, changes, and exchanges to complex multi-segment international and domestic fares and PNRs.
• Responsible for Queue monitoring & fulfillment / complete File finishing
• Providing solutions to travel related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements during after-hours or emergency situations.
• Need to be a creative, adaptable, multi-tasking, fast learner who takes initiative and has great attention to detail.
• Geography and international destination knowledge are necessary.
• Must be matured individuals who can work under minimal supervision
• Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem-solving skills.
• Superior verbal and writing communication skills is a must accompanied with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office, email applications, and Internet browsers.
• Must be available to support regular, after hours, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays – a 24 X 7 shift environment
• Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 2 years + recent experience in Corporate Travel required
• 2 years + recent knowledge and experience using Sabre required, with exposure to Amadeus & Travelport
• 2 years + recent experience with complex ticketing & exchanges
• 2 years + recent experience working with OBT's (Online Booking Tools) and associated queues

 

Qualifications: High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred), Completion of relevant college or university degree (Travel and Tourism)
