We are hiring Project-Based Customer Care Coordinators who will support incoming calls from customers who have questions about their health, wellness, and prescription plan/coverage. You do not need a background in healthcare or insurance, just a passion for learning and a desire to understand concerns, provide solutions, and make an impact on the lives of others. This position is Seasonal with an opportunity to convert to full-time when available based on strong performance and attendance.
