Job Description
We have a lot of pride in what we do at Blue Sky Animal Clinic. With our commitment to a high standard of care, we've been voted Best Veterinary Clinic in Loveland seven years in a row!
We are a busy, 6 doctor practice that has served the Loveland community since 1992. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring veterinarian to join our growing team. Our clients and their pets are our greatest priority, but we also deeply value our staff and are always finding ways to ensure sustainability of excellence and work/life balance. Client education and cohesion within our team is essential, so exemplary listening and communication skills are important to us. We are also AAHA accredited and a Cat Friendly Practice, and we strive to incorporate Fear-Free techniques.
We value gold standard care for our pets and we're constantly working to better ourselves in all aspects of veterinary medicine, surgical techniques, and staff safety and mental health. We have a full digital radiography, surgical suite, dental suite, and digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, and laser. We strive to offer the best medicine we can, while also respecting the means and practicality of individual cases. Our clients range widely with pet health goals and financial capabilities, and we find ways to accommodate them all with individual treatment and care. We are a clinic that tends to take on patients for life, so we deeply value these relationships and work hard to maintain them.
Loveland is a growing community located in Northern Colorado on the edge of the Rocky Mountains. It is near two college towns, Fort Collins and Boulder, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Our location provides a wide array of opportunities to enjoy the natural wilderness, as well as plenty of local entertainment and events.
Requirements Must be a licensed DVM (or have the ability to become licensed) in the state of Colorado.
Benefits We offer competitive compensation and benefits including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with shared premiums
- Practice-sponsored life insurance
- 401(k) eligibility with employer match
- Paid time-off for personal use and to attend continuing education
